Metal plate

Description

Safe-Latch uses magnets to attach to the door frame.  If you have wood door frames, you will need to add our metal plates to ensure that Safe-Latch works correctly.  Metal plates are 12.25” long, 1.25” wide and made from sturdy 16 gauge steel.  They can be easily installed with wood screws using the pre-drilled holes.  These plates can be used for both In-Swing and Out-Swing models. Please consider adding door jamb stickers to your purchase as well.
